Niche has some of the better happy hour prices around on a Tuesday evening, so I stopped in to try the wings. I’m glad I did.

A crispy, flavourful exterior tightly hugs each and every wing. This is such a great breading! Now these are some mighty fine looking wings!

Hidden beneath that breading are succulent bites of chicken that have been brined in buttermilk. No complaints here.
