What I Liked
A crispy exterior perfectly coated with a dry Cajun rub, these wings were delicious!
What Could Be Better
I can’t think of anything that would enhance these wings. These are a must try!

July 2026 update – I ended up back at Seamus David’s last week and the wings took a dive. I found the quality went downhill and there was a bit of pink meat in the drums. We were told that is normal and how the wings are supposed to be though. Not sure if this is the new normal or not. Hopefully it was just an off night.
