I wanted to love these wings. The Duke's Public House is a great little spot, and I've been a handful of times (I even won trivia here once). Unfortunately, the wings didn't get the memo.

Breaded in-house, well coated, and not too thick, with a nice crunch to them.
Overall Quality

This is where things fell apart. We were told the wings come from Brazil, and every single one was loaded with dark meat and had an off flavor. Crispy on the outside, a bit of a mystery on the inside.
Other Mentions:
They offer a few standard sauces, nothing too crazy, so don't expect to be too adventurous here.
I still enjoy The Duke's and will be back, just not for the wings. Next time I'm ordering something else, and may try my luck at trivia again.
