Things got off on the wrong wing right from the start. Their Instagram post promoted "tossed, dry rub, or sauce on the side," and I was thrilled to see a dry rub option. Then we got to the restaurant and learned they don't do dry rub. Not that they were out of it, they just don't offer it. Tossed wasn't an option either, because apparently that uses too much sauce. When I pointed to their own post, I got brushed-off. Which was odd, because that post was the reason we were there.

Crispy and brittle 'flour dusted' wings. They look ok-ish initially, but I wasn't a fan of these at all.
Overall Quality

Cracking them open didn't help. The main flavour was grease, with dark meat in the flats and fatty chunks in the drums.
Other Mentions:
Between the missing dry rub and the sauce rationing, this was a very odd experience. I won't be making a return visit.
