St. Louis Bar & Grill and I go way back. Great sauce selection, fantastic fries, and plenty of good nights. This time, though, the wings were the opening act and the fries were the headliner.
Exterior

Crispy, golden, and well breaded, with plenty of sauces and dry rubs to pick from. The fries were the real star of the basket, though.
Overall Quality

Looks can be deceiving. Under that nice coating, the flavour was off-putting and the meat was mostly dark, flats included. Not what I was hoping for.

Final Verdict
I've had lots of great nights at St. Louis, but the wings didn't deliver this time. The fries were the standout, and they'll absolutely make the cut on my next visit.
Other Mentions:
The sauce selection is a big part of why I keep coming back, and the dry rub options are a nice touch. The fries are the real reason to go, so if you stop in, order a basket of those and consider the wings optional.
