What Could Be Better

Nothing could really be better with the breaded wings.  Would highly recommend them.

Well, this was an interesting experience.  You’re at a BBQ joint and they offer breaded or smoked wings, great.  You’re first instinct may be to go with the smoked wings (as was mine), however a little chicken on my shoulder talked me in to trying both, so that is what I did.
I’ve had smoked wings a few times over the years, and I am glad this was not my first experience with them.  They were not appealing at all and really slimy/rubbery on the exterior.
I will be back for wings at Upstreet, and I will surely stick with the breaded.
