Can't go wrong with the Celtic Corner

I figured it was time to go back to the Darkside to rate some wings and I ended up at the Celtic Corner, I wasn’t disappointed.  It’ll cost you $8.95 for 10 wings and there are no wing specials.

Breading: 5/5 – A nice thick coating with a light spicy flavor, if you like a good breading, you have to try these wings.
Nice looking wings.

Overall quality: 4/5 – The majority of the wings had a great taste and really moist chicken, but there was one really ugly looking wing.
Not bad looking.
One rough looking wing.
Sauce selection: 2/5 – Sauces included mild, medium, hot, BBQ, sweet and sour and sweet chili.  I went with sweet chili on the side.

Service: 5/5 – I was surprised with how fast all the service was considering the place was packed, we were lucky enough to grab a seat at the last table left.  It took no time for drinks to be served and orders to be taken.  The food arrived fast and refills were offered, the service was perfect.

Size: 5/5 – The menu said jumbo wings and it was correct, the wings were a great size and even the flatties contained a good helping of chicken.
Nice plump flattie.
Overall rating: 4.2/5

The Celtic Corner is within my top three choices for wings and I’m looking forward to returning.  My return may be later than sooner though, I only wish a place with wings this good would have a designated wing night.
