Breaking my budget at Boston Pizza
I ended up at Boston Pizza on Friday night and of course I had to try the wings. They are on the expensive side - $8.95 for 8 wings or $15.95 for 16 wings! I’m not a big fan of paying a dollar per wing. They don’t have any specials on wings throughout the week, which is too bad because I didn’t expect them to be as good as they were.
There are six different sauces to choose from – mild, hot, teriyaki, BBQ, honey garlic and Thai chili. You can also get them oven roasted or breaded, I went with breaded and Thai chili on the side. The wings weren’t on the overly large size but the quality made up for it.
The breading had a nice spicy kick to it and you could basically just peel it away from the moist chicken, they were cooked perfectly (almost reminded me of the President’s Choice wings). I’m going to have to rate these 4.25/5, even though they were fairly pricey. Maybe that extra cost is due to the high quality wet nap that is provided:
