There were probably close to twenty of us that went to Porters Steakhouse and Sports Bar for wings on Thursday, and none of us will be going back anytime soon. With all things considered the service was awesome, completely opposite of the wings unfortunately.
I ordered twenty wings with honey bourbon BBQ sauce on the side. They have eight different sauces to choose from, but no dry spice choices. As soon as the wings arrived at the table I couldn't help but laugh.

I honestly thought this was some kind of joke. They weren't even breaded (which may not be bad sometimes, but choice is always nice). The wings were not split properly, slimey, undercooked and very small. Wet naps are pretty common when ordering wings and are pretty uniform in size from place to place, so I thought this would be a good gauge for the size of the wings:
|That's either a large wet nap or a small wing|
I've never seen so many people return food at a restaurant. I managed to eat a couple wings just to try them, but after I seen this wing I had to return them:
|Nice and pink in the middle, just the way chicken should be|
The waitress was great though, she had no problems returning them and didn't give anyone a hard time, needless to say I didn't get charged for the wings either.
I'm going to have to give this place a 0.5 out of 5 (that's right, only a half point), and would strongly discourage anyone from going here for wings anytime soon. When we arrived back home we ended up just ordering donairs, and they were delicous. So has anyone had wings here before? If so, let me know what your experience was, I'd love to hear about it.
